1 cup of couscous (Moroccan couscous)
3/4 cup of water
1/4 cup of passionfruit concentrate juice
10 soup spoons of sugar
6 soup spoons of granulated sugar
3 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
1 banana, cut into small cubes
1 kiwi, peeled and cut into small cubes
1 red apple, cut into small cubes
1 pear, peeled and cut into small cubes

Bring the sugar to a medium heat, stirring until it starts to dissolve

Gradually add the balsamic vinegar, stirring until dissolved

Add the fruits, mix well, and remove from heat

In another pan, heat the water over medium heat until simmering

Remove from heat and combine with couscous, passionfruit juice, and granulated sugar
Mix well and let it rest for 5 minutes
