Peel the apples and cut them into cubes. Reserve
Dissolve the milk in water, place the apple pieces inside and let it rest for about 2 hours
Drain and wash the apple pieces well under running water
Bring the sugar, water, allspice, and cinnamon to a boil
Let it simmer until the sugar is dissolved
Add the apple pieces and cook over low heat for 30 minutes
Add more water if necessary
Remove from heat and let it cool
Strain the apple pieces in a sieve, pass them through sugar crystals and let it dry under the sun
Serve.
