Mix the coffee, heavy cream, sugar, and flour together
Place the mixture in a saucepan and bring to heat
Let it simmer, stirring constantly
Cook for 5 minutes, stirring always
Remove from heat
Add the egg yolks and mix well
Bring back to heat and cook for another 3 minutes
Let cool
Beat the egg whites until frothy
Gently fold into the coffee cream mixture while still warm
Serve chilled, dust with powdered sugar, and serve with biscuits.
