1 In a pot, combine the soursop, orange juice, cloves, and cinnamon
Bring to a simmer and cook until the soursop is tender
Let it cool and remove any spices
2 In a blender, blend the soursop, sugar, and whipped cream
Fold in the egg whites beaten to snow and portion into individual servings
Chill before serving
Distribute orange jelly on top and serve.
