3 to 4 slightly green pears
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
3/4 cup of dry white wine
2/3 cup of sugar, approximately
white and red grapes

Preheat the oven
Cut the pears in half and remove most of the seeds
Place them in a glass baking dish with the white wine, lemon juice, and part of the cut side down
Cover and roast for about 20 minutes or until the pears start to soften
Turn the pears over and sprinkle with sugar
Fill with grapes and bake to glaze
Serve warm or chilled
Serve 3-4 portions.
