700 g of raspberries

In a medium saucepan, bring the sugar and water to a boil over high heat
Let it simmer for 5 minutes
Add the raspberries and cook for an additional 5 minutes
Remove from heat
Serve at room temperature or keep refrigerated until serving time
If desired, serve with slices of white cheese.
