400 g of dark chocolate chips
1 cup of hot milk
1/2 cup of strong and hot brewed coffee
4 egg yolks
1 tablespoon of rum
4 large egg whites
2 tablespoons of sugar
400 g of dark chocolate chips

2 tablespoons of sugar
No blender, place the chocolate
Pour the milk and coffee over the top
Blend until all the chocolate is melted
Add the egg yolks and rum, and blend for a bit longer to be smooth
Transfer to a bowl and gently fold in the beaten egg whites with sugar
Place in a serving dish or compote and decorate with dark chocolate shavings
Refrigerate for at least 3 hours
Serve chilled.
