Ingredients:
Cake Batter:
3 medium-sized carrots, peeled and chopped into small pieces
5 eggs
1 cup of butter or margarine
2 cups of sugar
2 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of baking powder
Chocolate Topping:
200g of semi-sweet chocolate, chopped into small pieces
1/2 cup of boiling water
Optional:
Make a hole in the center with a 24cm diameter

Preparation:
Step 1: Preheat the oven to medium temperature
Grease and flour the cake pan, then set aside
Step 2: In a food processor, grate the carrots using the grating attachment
Change to the chopping blade and process until smooth
Add the grated carrots, eggs, butter or margarine, sugar, and flour to the processor and process until creamy
Step 3: Add the flour, salt, and baking powder to the processor and process until homogeneous
Transfer the batter to the prepared cake pan and bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean
Let it cool down and then remove from the pan
Step 4: Make the Chocolate Topping: Place the chocolate in a food processor and process using the chopping attachment
Add the boiling water to the processor gradually, processing until smooth and creamy
Cover the cake with the chocolate topping and let it cool down.
