Cut the abiu into regular pieces
Place them in a bowl with water and olive oil
Let it sit for 3 hours, stirring the fabric with the olive oil, until it dissolves
Rinse the abiu pieces well and reserve
Prepare a syrup with cashew and water
Let it sit for 5 minutes or until you get a thick syrup
Add the abiu pieces and cook over low heat until they're cooked through
Turn off the heat and let the pudding cool down
Place it in a serving dish
Serve warm, cut into 10 portions
