3 chuchus

3 chuchus

Wash, peel, and remove the seeds from the chuchus
Use a grater with fine holes to grate the chuchu finely
Set aside
In a saucepan, combine the sugar and water and mix well
Reduce heat and stir until the sugar dissolves
Stop stirring and let it boil until a thin syrup forms
Add the chuchu and cook until tender
Let it cool, then transfer to a serving dish
Serve at room temperature or chilled.
