Preheat the oven to high temperature
In a pot, combine the yam, milk, 1 cup of coconut milk, butter, sugar, and salt
Stir constantly over medium heat until the mixture thickens like a piroe
Transfer to the greased baking sheet and spread the remaining coconut milk evenly on top
Bake in a hot oven for one hour and ten minutes or until the mass turns golden
Remove from the oven and let cool
Cut the pudding into squares of 3 cm and serve.
