Carefully remove the seeds from the guavas, being mindful not to waste the pulp and cut them in half horizontally
Remove the core from each of the halves and place them in a bowl with the water
Mix well and strain the mixture through a sieve over a refrigerator
Add the sugar and mix
Cook in the microwave, at high power, for 5 minutes and reserve
Arrange the guava halves in another refrigerator and cook in the microwave at high power for 4 minutes
Remove the halves from the oven and fill them with the reserved jam
Sprinkle with cinnamon to taste
Garnish the plate with cinnamon sticks and hortelรฃ leaves, and serve warm or at room temperature.
