1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup unsalted butter at room temperature
200 g dark chocolate chips
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup unsalted butter at room temperature
200 g dark chocolate chips
In a bowl, place the heavy cream and heat it in medium power for 2 minutes
Add the chocolate and heat it in the same power for 1 minute
Mix well, so that all the chocolate is melted
If necessary, bake for another 1 minute
Add the butter and bake for an additional 30 seconds
Mix well again
Portion into four dessert cups of a quarter cup capacity and chill in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
