Crush the biscotti, combine with scalding milk, sugar, and bring to a boil, stirring constantly to blend everything
Remove from heat, add butter, egg yolks, raisins, fruits, and finally snow-white egg whites
Bake in a well-greased mold
Serve with pomegranate syrup: 100 g of pomegranate molasses dissolved in 2 tablespoons of water
Leave to simmer and strain through a sieve
The syrup will be brought to a boil with one tablespoon of sugar
