Combine the heavy cream, milk, and vanilla extract in a saucepan and bring to high heat
Beat the egg yolks with sugar and pour into the saucepan
A little before boiling, remove from heat
Pour into the containers and bake in a water bath at high temperature for 30 minutes
Remove from oven and serve warm.
