4 large red grapefruits (780g)

Peel the grapefruits and cut them in half lengthwise
Remove the seeds and strain through a fine-mesh sieve with 2 tablespoons of water
Combine the sugar and mix well
Microwave at high power for 5 minutes, then reserve
Place the grapefruit halves in a refrigerator and microwave at high power for 4 minutes
Remove from oven and fill the grapefruit halves with the reserved jam
Dust with cinnamon
Serve warm or at room temperature.
