Butter (for greasing)
2 cups of milk (480 ml)
2 cups of green corn in brine, drained (300 g)
1 cup of sugar (180 g)
4 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
4 eggs
2 tablespoons of room temperature butter
1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon (to sprinkle)

Grease a 25 cm diameter baking dish with butter
No blender, combine the milk and green corn to form a homogeneous mixture (approximately 2 minutes)
Add the remaining ingredients and blend lightly
Transfer to the prepared baking dish and microwave on high for 15 minutes or until the creme is firm on the sides
Let it rest for approximately 10 minutes
Allow to cool and refrigerate for about 1 hour
Sprinkle with ground cinnamon and serve
