1 Preheat the oven to 200°C
In a blender, beat the egg, ricotta cheese, milk, cornstarch, flour, butter, and yeast until smooth
2 Mix in the chopped candied fruit and place in a greased and floured 30x22 cm pan
Bake for 30 minutes and serve.
