Mix the crushed biscuit with sugar and cinnamon
Add 2 tablespoons of beaten egg white and melted butter
Mix until a smooth dough forms
Fur a 20.5cm-diameter round cake pan with the dough, greased with butter
Bake in a preheated medium oven (180°C) for 20 minutes
Remove from the oven and let cool
Make the filling: In a large bowl, mix well with an electric mixer the sugar, flour, salt, and egg. Reserve
Heat the milk to the boiling point and gradually add it to the sugar mixture, stirring constantly
Return to heat and add the butter
Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened and bubbly
Reduce heat and cook for another 2 minutes, stirring constantly
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract
Pour the cream into a bowl over ice water and let cool, stirring occasionally
Remove the bowl from the ice bath and add the cream cheese and bananas
Spoon the filling onto the cake dough in the pan, followed by the whipped cream on top
Let chill for at least 4 hours
Distribute into 8 portions
Each portion contains approximately 407 calories.
