Heat the oil and wine over low heat
Add salt and stir
Remove from heat before it boils, then let it cool

Place the wheat flour on a smooth surface and shape into a mound with a hole in the center
Gradually pour in the batter

If it becomes too hard, add more wine
Shape into rolls and cut into 3 cm pieces

To leave small marks on the dough, press each ball onto a grater and gently compress it
Fry over low heat for 9 minutes or until golden brown
