Heat a tablespoon of oil and the wine in a pan and bring to a simmer
Add a pinch of salt and stir
Before boiling, remove and let cool
Make a mound with wheat flour and hollow out the center
Gradually pour in the reserved liquid and mix with hands until a homogeneous mass is obtained
If it becomes too hard, add more wine
Shape rolls and cut into 3 cm pieces
Heat the egg
To leave small marks on the dough, press each ball gently onto the grater
Fry in hot oil at low heat for 9 minutes or until golden brown
Heat the honey in a frying pan
Place the balls and stir, so they become completely caramelized
Remove and serve.
