1/2 liter of skimmed milk

2 tablespoons of cyclamate-saccharin-based sweetener

Zest from 1/2 orange
Rind from 1/2 lemon

Bring the milk, juice, sweetener, cinnamon, and zest to a boil in a saucepan
Simmer until it comes to a boil, stirring occasionally
Reduce heat and remove zest
Simmer for another 20 minutes or until volume is reduced by half
Beat egg whites in an electric mixer until stiff
Transfer to another bowl and reserve
At separate bowl, beat yolks until creamy
Pour over egg whites and mix until smooth
Transfer the egg mixture to the saucepan with milk and other ingredients
Reduce heat and simmer without stirring for 3 minutes or until firm
Using a skimmer, gently stir eggs from bottom to top, breaking up the mass
Remove from heat and serve chilled.
