3/4 cup of wheat flour

1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons of instant coffee or espresso powder
120 grams of bittersweet chocolate
1/3 cup of butter or margarine
2 eggs, not beaten
1 cup of sugar
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
1/2 cup of chopped almonds or pecans

Preheat the oven
Grease a 20cm square baking pan
Sift together the flour, yeast, salt, and coffee
Melt the chocolate with butter or margarine
Let it cool
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with sugar, then add the chocolate mixture
Mix well
Add the flour mixture, vanilla extract, and nuts
Mix carefully
Pour into the prepared pan
Bake for 25 minutes
Let it cool
Cut into squares.
