Grated rind of 1 orange
1/4 cup of marmalade

Mix the sponge cake flour with beaten eggs
Let it fall into hot vegetable oil and fry until golden brown
Drain on absorbent paper
Add grated orange to marmalade
Place each cakelet on a stick and coat in marmalade mixture
