2 cups of fresh or canned whipped cream

3 cups of natural yogurt (600g)

Soak a 1-liter mold with water
In a bowl, sprinkle the gelatin over cold water
In a medium saucepan, mix the whipped cream and sugar
Bring to a simmer
Remove from heat and add softened gelatin and vanilla
Mix well and refrigerate for 20 minutes until thickened
Add yogurt, mix well, and pour into prepared mold
Refrigerate until firm
Unmold and garnish with fresh fruits of your preference, or in syrup.
