250g of ground almonds
1/4 cup (US) of white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon of almond extract

250g of green grapes without seeds

In a bowl, mix the milk powder with the ground almonds
Add the white wine vinegar gradually and work the dough with your hands until it is smooth and homogeneous
Add the almond extract and mix some more
Set aside
Wash the grapes well and dry them with a paper towel
Wrap the grapes with the reserved dough in an even layer and sprinkle with chocolate to taste
Arrange the fudge balls on a tray and refrigerate for 30 minutes
Serve immediately.
