200g of beef, finely chopped
50g of pork, finely chopped
2 bunches of green onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup of finely chopped onion
2 cloves of garlic, minced
2 eggs
1/2 tablespoon of soy sauce
1/4 block of tofu
Salt and pepper to taste
Grapeseed oil and vegetable oil
1 or 2 tablespoons of wheat flour for thickening the dough, if needed

Combine all ingredients to form a relatively soft dough
Use a spoon to remove small portions from the dough and shape into small disks approximately 4-5cm in diameter
In a skillet, mix equal parts of grapeseed oil and soy sauce
Heat until hot and fry the dumplings
Serve immediately, still warm.
