1/2 cup of rum
1/4 cup of orange liqueur or Curaçao
1/2 cup of pineapple chunks
1/4 cup of pineapple juice
2 tablespoons of lime juice
4 ice cubes (optional)
1/2 cup of rum

Add all the ingredients to a blender
Cover and blend until well mixed
Serve over crushed ice in glasses
If desired, serve in pineapple shells after carefully scooping out the pulp, turning and letting it drain
Dose 2 portions.
