In a large glass, mash the grapes and ginger well
Cut the kiwi, mint, and starfruit into thin slices
Set some aside for garnish
Remove the seeds from the remaining mint and add it to the glass with the kiwi, starfruit, and lemon juice
Add the sugar and mash again
Put in the ice cubes and squash
Stir and garnish with the reserved slices.
