Remove the shell from the dry shrimp
Wash the calf's tongue or spinach
Let it drain in a colander
Place it on a plate and finely chop with a knife
Dry thoroughly and place back in a colander to remove excess moisture
Cook in olive oil seasoned with remaining ingredients, covered pan.
