Mix together the cream, flour, eggs, butter, and salt

Work the dough until it's homogeneous

Butter a baking dish with margarine and fill with the dough
Reserve some for the top

For the filling: heat the olive oil, cook the onion and tomatoes, mushrooms and chicken

Season with salt, pepper, and parsley, then add the catupiry cheese

Place the filling over the dough, cover with the remaining dough, brush with egg yolk, and bake.
