Pastry: 1 kg of wheat flour
400 g of butter or margarine
Salt to taste
1 cup of olive oil
3 egg yolks.
Fillling: Chopped onion and garlic to taste
2 cups of milk
10 tablespoons of wheat flour
A pinch of salt
700 g of cooked chicken breast, shredded
Pastry: 1 kg of wheat flour

Pastry: Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until a homogeneous mixture is formed
If too sticky, add more wheat flour
Mold the dough into a square or rectangular shape to fit your preference
Filling: Fry the onion and garlic in a pan
Next, blend the seasonings with milk and wheat flour in a blender
Pour over the chicken, mixing until a creamy consistency is achieved
Assembling: Distribute the filling over the pastry in a form and cover with the remaining dough
Brush the entire pastry with egg yolk and place it in the oven to bake.
