In a bowl combine the butter, flour, salt, and heavy cream
Mix well and reserve

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C)
Mix the cheeses, beaten eggs, heavy cream, and oregano
Use this mixture to fill puff pastry shells, leaving half of each shell open and baking until golden brown.
