DOUGH
1 kg of wheat flour
2 egg yolks
3 tablets of margarine (300 g)

1 large jar of chopped palm hearts
1 can of drained peas
1 tomato, peeled and seeded, diced
1 medium onion, diced
1 cup of chopped parsley

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Reserve
FILLING
Sauté the onion in hot oil until golden brown
Add the tomato, palm hearts, peas, and seasonings
Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes
Dress with olive oil
TO ASSEMBLE
Open the dough slightly in each of the lightly oiled molds
Place the filling, cover with dough, and brush with egg
Put in a medium-hot oven to bake.
