Preheat the oven to 180°C (medium)
Slice the baguette into 1cm thick pieces
Cut them into cubes and reserve
In a large bowl, mix together the olive oil, crushed garlic, and salt
Add the bread cubes and mix well
Spread them evenly in a large baking dish, without overcrowding
Bake in the preheated oven until lightly golden (about 10 minutes)
Let it cool and serve with your preferred soup
