1 kg of potatoes

1 tablespoon of butter
250 g of catupiry cheese
200 g of heavy cream
1 cup of creamy quark cheese
1 kg of cod fillets
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 chopped onion
1 diced tomato
1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
salt and black pepper to taste
1 kg of potatoes
1 cup of milk

Boil the potatoes with water and salt, then mash them
Add milk, butter, salt, and a pinch of black pepper
Mix well and set aside
Add catupiry cheese, heavy cream, and quark cheese
Mix well and reserve
Boil the cod fillets until flaky, then shred them
Sauté the shredded cod with olive oil, chopped onion, diced tomato, salt, and black pepper
Preheat the oven to 250°C
Butter a baking dish with half of the mashed potatoes
Add the cooked cod and cover with the remaining mashed potatoes
Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and bake until golden brown
Serve 8 portions.
