In a bowl, mix the ricotta cheese, eggs, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, broccoli, and bell pepper
Season with salt and pepper
Pour into a 22 cm diameter greased mold and bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for 45 minutes or until golden brown
Let it cool and unmold
Serve warm or cold.
