Season with salt and pepper
Distribute the topping over the reserved baking dish and smooth out with the back of a spoon
Cover with more pea slices and drizzle with oil over the surface
Close the baking dish tightly with plastic wrap and cover with aluminum foil
Refrigerate for 4 hours and then unmold.
