1 yeast tablet (15g)
1/4 cup of warm water
3 tablespoons of milk
1 pinch of salt
1 tablespoon of sugar

100g of butter at room temperature
1/4 cup of heavy cream
3 cups of all-purpose flour
Filling
250g of strawberry jam
1 beaten egg white
Baker's confectioner's sugar for dusting

Dissolve the yeast in warm water and add milk, salt, sugar, egg, butter, and heavy cream
Mix well
Combine with flour and work the dough until it becomes smooth and easy to handle
Cover with a cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and cut into triangles
Place a cube of strawberry jam on each triangle and roll up, starting from the wider end
Place them in a lightly greased baking dish and let them rest for another 20 minutes
Baste with egg wash and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 25 minutes or until golden brown
Dust with baker's confectioner's sugar when serving.
