Cook the broccoli in water and salt until al dente (not too mushy)
Drain and chop
Heat the olive oil and sauté the garlic
Add the chopped broccoli and sauté for two minutes
On a surface, place the arugula leaves, spread the cream cheese, broccoli with garlic, diced tomato, mozzarella, and oregano
Roll like a roulade, brush with melted butter, and bake in a baking dish at 20 minutes.
