Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C)
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, egg, milk, olive oil, butter, yeast, and salt
Work the dough until it becomes homogeneous
Roll out the dough and arrange the salami and mozzarella slices on top
Roll up like a roulade and brush with whisked egg
Place in a rectangular baking dish greased with olive oil and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown
Serve warm or cold.
