In a bowl, cream the butter and cheese together until smooth and creamy
Add the egg, salt, black pepper, and mustard
Mix well
Add the flour and mix just until a dough forms
Add the egg white and mix well
Spoon the mixture into a piping bag fitted with a large round tip and pipe small mounds about 4 cm in diameter onto a lightly greased baking sheet, leaving space between each mound
Bake in a moderate oven (180°C) for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown
Serve warm or at room temperature.
