250 g of fava beans, soaked overnight and drained
4 cups of water
700 g of fresh tuna (1 whole piece)
lemon juice
salt and black pepper to taste
4 tablespoons of olive oil
1 large onion, sliced
1 red or green bell pepper, seeded and sliced
6 tomato pieces without seeds
2 tablespoons of fresh coriander, chopped
1/2 cup of wheat flour
1 cup of olive oil for frying
1 cup of fava bean broth

Cook the fava beans in water
Drain and reserve 1 cup of broth
Marinate the tuna cut into cubes with lemon juice, salt, and black pepper
Let it rest while preparing the remaining marinade
In a pan, place the olive oil and heat it up
Add the onion, bell pepper, tomatoes, and coriander
Cover the pan and cook over low heat for 5 minutes
Coat the tuna with wheat flour and fry in a cup of olive oil until golden brown
Add the tuna to the tomato mixture
Season with salt and black pepper to taste
Cook for 20 minutes
Add the drained fava beans and reserved broth
Heat it up and serve
