6 green ears of corn cut into bite-sized pieces

Season the chicken with salt and pepper and set aside
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet, add the bacon and chicken and fry
Add the garlic, onion, tomatoes, and stir-fry
Add the water and cook over low heat until the meat is tender but not falling apart
Add the corn kernels, more water if needed to achieve the right consistency, cover the skillet again and cook over high heat until the corn is tender
Remove from heat and serve
