Season the swordfish chunks with salt and black pepper
Sauté the onion and bell peppers in olive oil for 15 minutes over low heat, covered
Add the swordfish chunks and tomato slices
Cook over low heat, covered, for 15 minutes
Serves 4 to 5 people.
