Cut each fish fillet in half
Cut 4 squares of aluminum foil, 3 to 5 cm each
Place 2 pieces of fish on each square of foil
Season with salt and pepper
Cover with the remaining ingredients, dividing them evenly
Close the packages tightly
Place the packages in a baking dish and bake at a hot oven for 25 minutes
Serve with lemon zest, 4 portions
