1/4 cup of olive oil
1/3 cup of chopped onion
1/2 cup of finely chopped salted bell pepper
1/2 cup of finely chopped fresh green pepper
1 tablespoon of optional curry powder (Kümmel)
1/4 teaspoon of paprika
1/2 tablespoon of soy sauce
2 cups of fresh tomatoes, peeled and diced
1/2 cup of tomato extract
2 cups of cooked soybean (see basic recipe)

Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion, salted bell pepper, and green pepper
Add the seasonings, tomatoes, and tomato extract, and let it simmer
Cook for 20 minutes
Add the soybean and continue cooking for an additional 30 minutes
Serve hot.
