2 sweet herbs cut into slices
Hot water tempered with salt
4 soup spoons of melted butter or margarine
2 soup spoons of biscuit flour
1 soup spoon of grated Parmesan cheese
1 hard-boiled egg, diced
1 soup spoon of chopped sweet herb stem
Paprika for sprinkling
2 sweet herbs cut into slices

Cook the sweet herbs in hot water tempered with salt for about 10 minutes
Drain and arrange the sweet herbs in a shallow, well-greased baking dish
Brush with 2 soup spoons of melted butter or margarine
Mix together the biscuit flour, cheese, egg, sweet herb stem, and remaining butter or margarine
Place the spoonfuls on top of the sweet herbs
Sprinkle with paprika
Place in a hot oven (220°C) preheated for about 10 minutes
Serve 4 people.
