Lavishly clean the sweet herb, cut it in half lengthwise and cook it in water with salt for about 15 minutes or until it's soft but not falling apart
Drian on paper towels and cut again into halves
Mix beef moida with salt, pepper, and grated lemon rind
Line the bottom of a small refractory form, greased, with half of the sweet herb
Cover with beef moida
Mix egg and milk and brush over the beef
Cover with the remaining sweet herb and bake in a moderate oven (180°C) preheated until the beef is cooked
