2 bunches of kale

1/2 cup of grated provolone cheese

Wash the kale under cold running water and chop it
Place it in a skillet, add the broth and salt
Cook over low heat for about 15 minutes, or until almost tender
Spread into a baking dish coated with butter or margarine
Mix together the melted butter or margarine, breadcrumbs, and cheese
Sprinkle the mixture evenly over the kale and bake in a moderate oven (170°F), or until the cheese is melted and the breadcrumbs are golden brown (about 15 minutes)
Serve hot.
